Our agents will attend anywhere in the United Kingdom, cost effectively, and check any property / neighbourhood in respect of enquiries for potential rent or purchase, this will include residential and business premises. Our agent’s will provide a comprehensive report based upon all findings.

• Carriageway conditions, problem traffic / pollution, lighting
• Intensity of crime in the area
• Neighbourhood ages, sex and culture
• Potential known future additions to dwellings locally
• Animals retained
• Potential noise problems
• Overall condition of subject property and neighbouring ones
• The general class of area in relation to values of property
• Any proposed alterations to the area
• The existence of any type of masts erected in the area
• Any proposed erections that would in any way potentially devalue the subjact property
• Details of any other properties for sale locally and a description of the type and sale price
• Some confirmation from the neighbours as to why the subject property is being sold

Any other enquiry that the Client would require conducting on his / her behalf, even to include an attendance at the vendor’s home by appointment.
