Our staff are experienced in interviewing and negotiating with all types of debtors but we will not accept instructions from the public in this regard. Our instructions must be in writing, supported by relevant evidence and will only be accepted from solicitors, insurance and financial sectors. We have a current "Consumer Credit Licence" allowing our company representatives to recover debt and approach debtors for that purpose.
